What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JBC, and Diner's Club Credit & Debit cards through our own shops checkout system. We also accept payment via Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay, along with BitCoin.

Are there any real differences between payment methods? Is one better than the other?

We offer a lot of payment methods to make it easier for you to make the purchases you want. The differences are more stark for us here at the shop than they ever are for our beautiful clientele. Say what you want about Paypal, but for a small business like us, getting our funds immediately at purchase is huge. When you buy something, we turn a portion of that money out to our suppliers, and if we get a couple extra orders and everyone paid with other methods, we couldn’t afford to front the print costs and that just adds more time before you get your geeky gear. Just using your credit or debit card through the shops checkout gets the money to us within a few days. Now, we know a lot of people like the Amazon Pay feature, so we’ll hold onto it for now, but it takes a week to see those funds, a week.

I have 2 Discount Codes, but there is only 1 entry field. Can't I use both?

Sorry, but our system is only designed to accept one Discount Code per transaction. With this in mind, we design Discounts and Promotional Offers so that you can save the most money possible while only using 1 code.

I have a Discount Code, but there is no entry field to input it. Can't I use it?

If there is no Discount Code entry field available during checkout, then you may have qualified for an automatic discount. These are promotional discounts that are available at different times of the year (i.e. Free Shipping for $50+ purchases). Even an automatic discount is considered a Discount Code, and only 1 can be used at a given time. Automatic discounts are usually only set up if they would be a greater savings than any current available Discount Code, but we are only human. If you feel like the automatic discount is less of a savings compared to your Discount Code, please contact us and we will make any necessary adjustments.

Do you offer free shipping?

Short answer: Yes, on some products, and only to addresses in the United States, but most products do have a shipping fee that is added at checkout. Long answer: We'll save this for the next question.

Why don't you offer free shipping on all of your products?

We all know that shipping anything anywhere costs money. "Free Shipping" is a myth, it's a sales tactic, and really only works well for businesses much much larger than us. Now you might be thinking, why not just include it in the price and make it easier for the buyer? The honest truth, we are always concerned about keeping prices as affordable as we possibly can. Most of our distributors have flat shipping rates for the items we sell, but generally have a lower flat rate for each additional similar item in an order. The difference is $3-4, so any products that have a shipping fee, it's all done to save you money. Shipping fee charts are posted all over the shop so that there are no surprises at check out.

What are your shipping fees?

Is there an easy way to tell which products ship free and which ones do not?

There is! Just look at the price. If the product price ends with 0, it ships free to U.S. addresses. If it ends with 9, then there will be a shipping fee. Simple, right?!

How long will it take for me to get what I ordered?

Many items we sell will usually need a few business days to be created, but this will vary by product type, time of year, or if one of our facilities was affected by a major weather event. We are always working with our suppliers to ensure we are getting the best possible product made in the very best time. Some products that tend to be printed and shipped very quickly include of 20oz and 30oz Vacuum Tumblers. We have noticed that our TTRPG Holy Symbol Necklaces and our Hardcover Journals tend to take a little more time to be made. Also of note, items such as Leggings are printed and then cut-and-sown, so these items take a little more time as well, so please be patient. They are definitely worth the wait!Once the products are created, they are then shipped and that can take anywhere from a 2 to 5 business days shipped domestically or as many as 21 business days internationally if purchased from a far off part of the world. On average, a basic order of a couple tees or sweatshirts will take a total of 7-8 days to reach your doorstep from the time you ordered. Again, these are averages that we have noticed over the past few months, times can and will vary.
